Timah International Investment Pte. Ltd., shortened as ("Tinves") is a company formed in Singapore and the jurisdiction of Singapore in 2014 with registration number 201405834W.

As the sole shareholder (100%) PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk established Tinves in order to Go International. Tinves is designed by TIMAH as the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in business expansion overseas. 

Tinves Scope/Activity:

1. As an international ininvestment company.

2. To be holding company for the businesses that PT TIMAH Tbk will develop overseas.

3. Run other businesses in line with PT TIMAH Tbk development course.
